“I am 40 years old and have lived in the New York area for my entire life. I have three beautiful daughters, Viviana, Valentina and Simona. I am a loyal and easygoing person and enjoy spending time with family, having dinners with friends, and of course watching Campobasso games every weekend. I started my first business N6A, in 2010. Now we own several businesses across media, marketing, sports and entertainment, all of which are under our parent company North Sixth Group. Most of our businesses focus on topics we are passionate about, so naturally family and culture play an important role in each of our companies”.

“Campobasso FC represents family, culture, togetherness and so many of the values we are passionate about. We originally decided to invest in football in 2020, during the height of the pandemic. The Campobasso investment enabled us to join a community of fans across the world that saw the club as their outlet during a time of pain and sadness. I was inspired by the story of Campobasso, as it closely resembled my own life story. It was this underdog club that was never given any handouts, but it had so much potential. The people remind me of my grandparents – hardworking people who have a spirit of sacrifice. This is what the people who come from Campobasso stand for, and we are proud to represent them across the world. Lastly, I am grateful to be surrounded by a group of co-owners who believe in the vision for Campobasso and share the same passion, as well as a hardworking management team led by Ivano Maselli and Nicola Cirrincione. We have created a family within our ownership group and management team, which has made the experience even more rewarding”.

” I am fortunate to be able to wake up everyday and be passionate about what I do for a living. I never take that for granted. I feel an incredible sense of purpose through my work, and of course a deep responsibility since our businesses touch many people’s lives. I am the type of person that can only be successful if I am passionate about something. I am passionate about all our businesses in some way. Campobasso is a great example of this, as it brings together so many fans and proud Molisani across the world. I have always lived my life with ambition and determination. Campobasso is one of the most unique challenges I have faced in my life and career and we are determined to build something special for the fans”.

“There is significant equity value in soccer clubs, driven largely by scarcity and supply and demand. Valuations of clubs are higher than ever before and they are increasing at a rate that exceeds almost any other asset class. This demonstrates the upside and potential in soccer clubs. However, oftentimes owners let ego get in the way of sound financial decision making. In our case, we are implementing a foundation in the early stages of our investment that we believe will ensure self-sustainability over the long term. Our strategy revolves around three core tenets: (1) expanding our revenue base internationally where our addressable market is significant, (2) creating new monetization channels through media and content, and (3) developing young talent through academy and scouting investments. We are always budgeting on a multi-year basis and planning for all scenarios, which is complex in the European soccer system given the relegation and promotion possibilities. There are many variables that can impact budgeting, so it is critical to have a bulletproof financial model and properly forecast for all potential scenarios in advance. We are rigorous in this regard. Success on the pitch is never guaranteed, so our philosophy is to make sure off the pitch we are as prepared as possible at all times. My goal is to become the longest tenured ownership group in the 100-plus year history of Campobasso Calcio. If we achieve that, I’ll feel we will have accomplished something special and I believe the sporting results will be a biproduct of our longevity”.
