NEW YORK and CAMPOBASSO, ITALY – North Sixth Group and Angelo Rispoli, President of US Campobasso 1919 Football Club (“Campobasso 1919”), announced a definitive agreement expected to close within 30 days.
Nicola Cirrincione will serve as Global Vice President overseeing operations, with former Teramo Sporting Director Carlo Musa serving as Sporting Consultant and Ivano Maselli the local representative based in Campobasso.
Campobasso 1919 will compete in the 5th tier of Italian football, with the goal of bringing the club into the top tiers of the Italian football pyramid in the years ahead.
Joining as Sporting Director and head coach will be Pino De Fillipis and Pino Di Meo, respectively. De Fillipis is a seasoned Italian football executive who has won championships at the 4th and 5th tier level and Di Meo has a winning track record coaching teams from the region, including Chieti, Giulianova and Andria. Additional staff will be announced shortly, while Candido De Lisio will remain in the role of team manager.
